 EQUIPMENT

All equipment is to be arranged yourself, including; skis, bindings, boots outerwear, hat/helmet, gloves, goggles and lift passes prior to lesson start. We are able to help point you in the right direction should you wish to rent items.

LIFT CLOSURES

Lessons will continue to run as long as any lifts are operating.
Should the resort close (all lifts closed) we will try and move the booking to another date but if that is not suitable we can offer full refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note bookings are required to be paid in full upon booking. Cancellations made by customers (Includes decrease in booked numbers for group lessons). Cancellations will be refunded to the credit card provided less an administrative fee of 500JPY.

  • 14+ days before: 80% refund of booking price paid (less administrative fee of 500JPY)

  • 7 - 14 days before: 60% refund of booking price paid (less administrative fee of 500JPY)

  • 2 - 6 days before: 40% refund of booking price paid (less administrative fee of 500JPY)

  • On the day & The day before: 0% refund of booking price paid

A no-show at designated meeting location and time will be considered as on the day cancellation.

INJURY

Our instructors will do their best to avoid customer/student injury. Skiing is a dangerous sport and comes with a level of risk. Nozawa Sessions or their affiliates will not be held responsible for guest death/injury or death/injury caused by customer/student to a third party. Should an injury occur Nozawa Sessions will do their upmost to ensure the customer/student or third party is attended to. It is highly advised for guests to have their own trusted insurance and to ensure that it covers winter sports.
